Aims and Scope
The aim of the scientific journal is to highlight current theoretical and applied issues of the state and law, to promote the development of legal science, and to create a modern academic platform for discussing research results in the field of jurisprudence, law enforcement activity, and the provision of national and civil security. The journal is focused on disseminating scientific knowledge, developing legal doctrine, and facilitating the exchange of scientific and practical experience between Ukrainian and international researchers.
The main objectives of the journal are to publish the results of fundamental and applied research devoted to the theory and practice of legal regulation of social relations, the analysis of contemporary legislation and issues of its implementation, as well as studies concerning the activities of public authorities, particularly law enforcement agencies. Special attention is paid to research in the field of ensuring national security, civil security, crime prevention and counteraction, as well as legal aspects of the use of modern information technologies and information protection.
The journal covers a wide range of scientific issues, including general theoretical problems of the state and law, issues of governance, administrative law and administrative activities of law enforcement agencies, as well as problems of civil, labor, environmental and commercial law. Particular attention is paid to studies devoted to ensuring public safety and public order, the activities of law enforcement bodies, and contemporary challenges in the field of national, civil and information security.
The scope of the journal includes, in particular, the following research areas:

- prevention of criminal and administrative offenses;
- legal mechanisms for combating crime;
- personnel management and professional training of law enforcement officers;

- legal support of information and technological activities of law enforcement agencies;
- legal aspects of cybersecurity and information protection;
- legal aspects of providing administrative and other services by the police to individuals and legal entities;
- international cooperation of law enforcement agencies and exchange of experience;
- law enforcement activity under martial law;
- legal mechanisms for ensuring civil security and protection of the population.
The journal also covers events of academic life, publishes reviews of scientific works of legal nature, and promotes the development of professional scientific dialogue between researchers and practitioners.
The journal is intended for researchers, academic staff of higher education institutions, employees of judicial and law enforcement bodies, representatives of other public authorities, practicing lawyers, as well as students of legal specialties.
