CAUSATION OF EVIL/CRIMES IN THE WORLD THROUGH THE PRISM OF CRIMINOTEOLOGY

Abstract

Criminoteology in the conditions of war is one of the most promising directions scientific research, as well as a valuable discovery, because each of us changes, lives in his, special reality. In terms of comprehension not only theological, but also philosophical, social, and practical through the prism of the spiritual you can on the basis of recognition of the Law of God (Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition) make a real one breakthrough in science discovering, each time something new, rethinking the acquired. The solution of many problems of humanity in conditions of total paradoxes, secularism, legal nihilism, idealism, pluralism/multifacetedness thoughts and liberalism as the dominant religions of today, theological/ religious knowledge under such circumstances wears often formal character when around runs out/disappears spirituality which passed through furnace sorrows and trials. Criminoteology in the field of ideology aims to not only entity research and manifestations of God. First of all, it is about detection of many aspects of social with the aim of deep knowledge of good and evil. Hence crystallization/formation legal and illegal, «socially harmful» and «socially dangerous» depending on living conditions and the fall of sin, ... so that didn't happen what's worse with us «Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.» (John.5:14). Law, its formation is this complex/multifaceted process which undergoes constant changes and transformations. Legally, after all when it happens changing concepts, when evil declares itself good should be used effective measures impact and intervention. The defined path of criminoteology on the basis of theology, taking into account developments many philosophies in direction of Good, can determine the path of righteousness necessary and desirable own/national/ original understanding of law and social development. The main goal of criminoteology not in the study of religious crime is too shallow path. It is about research evolution of the essence of evil and overgrowth, rebirth/mutation of it in the lowest states since ancient times to the present, with necessary/further/suggested by way of exit from the darkness of sin. It is, first of all, about gene/genotype lines, various social conditions, where is the most produces evil, which is constantly evolving/regenerating.
