FORMATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF FUTURE POLICE OFFICERS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

The article analyzes the role of the formation of psychological readiness for a certain type of activity as an important factor in the harmonious formation of professional qualities of an individual in the process of professional activity; it is emphasized that for the career development of an individual, the following features are relevant: the specifics of the processes of adaptation of the individual to new conditions, psychological features of changing social positions and career achievement; the importance of formation and development of psychological readiness to perform a new type of activity. It is noted that an urgent problem today is the studying of the difficulties of self-realization of a personality in professional activities young law enforcement officers and future police officers in particular face at the initial stages of their professional career. It is established that ensuring a higher quality level of national education is one of the main tasks of the social sphere. It is emphasized that a real interest in the psychological, physical, and intellectual qualities of a student of higher education can arise only when there is real responsibility for the results of educational work at higher education institutions. It is proved that the personality of higher education applicants with their socio-psychological and professional qualities that develop in the educational process should be at the center of the analysis. It is determined that higher education and culture should make applicants for higher education universal personalities that will help them to adapt to a contradictory world, to form the necessary world view intentions. The possibilities of solving the problem in the implementation of such methods of studying and education, where educational and cognitive activity has a creative, exploratory character with analysis and communication elements are considered. The creative nature of activity is a powerful stimulus for studying not only in the educational process, but in any professional field also. As a result of the analysis of scientific and practical achievements of scientists and researchers on the problem under studying is found that the formation of psychological readiness for a certain type of activity, creative expression, individual abilities are of great practical importance. Education should provide psychological and pedagogical assistance in determining the paths of professional career and the process of adaptation of a young police officer to new conditions that promote activity in the professional growth.
