EFFICIENCY OF ADMINISTRATION IN NATIONAL POLICE AGENCIES: EVALUATION ALGORITHM

The article is devoted to the investigation of an algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of administration in the National Police bodies, aimed at ensuring an objective and systematic evaluation of organizational performance. Key aspects determining a high level of administrative efficiency are analyzed, including task execution, quality of decisionmaking, and communication effectiveness. The algorithm is based on an effectiveness assessment formula, where the level of efficiency (EF) is calculated as the ratio of total productivity (TP) to resource expenditures (RE). Each of these indicators reveals different aspects of the National Police's activities, considering their ability to achieve strategic goals, the quality and rationality of decisionmaking, as well as the effectiveness of internal communications. Studying and assessing effectiveness are essential elements of modern administration, aiding in optimal resource utilization and achieving strategic objectives. The assessment algorithm outlined in the research is based on specific criteria such as task-solving efficiency, quality of decisions, and communication effectiveness. The application of this algorithm's methodology allows for the measurement and analysis of these criteria from a scientific standpoint. The wide range of approaches and tools utilized in the research makes this article a valuable resource for practicing professionals and researchers seeking to enhance the management activities of the National Police. One of the main research outcomes is the development of specific methods for measuring efficiency indicators, enabling an objective assessment of administrative conditions and identifying opportunities for improvement. The study also underscores the importance of using analytical data and expert information in decision-making within police organizations. The article discusses methods and approaches for measuring each of these criteria, including the use of surveys, structured data analysis, internal analysis, and monitoring systems. The proposed algorithm enables an objective assessment of administrative efficiency in the National Police bodies and identifies areas for further enhancement, contributing to improved organizational performance quality and the achievement of strategic goals.
